Thank you so much for recommending that Louis Cole album. Feels like an artist I've been missing out on - I love Thundercat, but never looked into the who the Louis Cole from the song "I Love Louis Cole" was! This is such a solid album, going to check out everything else he's done.

Soluton for RUclips: Turn off history. It shuts down the recommended videos feature on your home screen. So, you end up going through you subscriptions only, which is far more enjoyable and far less time consuming. No more endless vortex.

I hope this question is OK, but do you have ADHD? I do, and have these same feelings about the internet. Also, I did an 8 mile hike in Pickett State Park this morning with my friends, and they didn't stop once for snacks or a sit down. I just kept thinking, "I need to hike with the AA guys!"

Right there with you on the internet issue. Have you used the app timers built into iOS to help get you off apps? That’s been the biggest thing helping me. Helps to have a visual reminder on my phone. But I’m the same as you, the best time to get away from the phone is….. having no cell signal. Keeping me going to Usal Beach in the Sinkyone Wilderness to get away from all the distractions 🙌🏽

I have the earlier g8 version that only have the type c connection. Pretty solid controller for the price imo.

does the direct connection also work on phones/tablet and what bluetooth version is this ,is it 4.3

Thanks, I finally decided to purchase the MKE 400 and an additional Zoom Hn1 Essentials audio recorder for my A7IV for traveling / run and gun shooting. I purchased an ECM-M, which is almost perfect, if there wasn´t the handling sound issues caused by the shockmount, which made me return it. After watching a bunch of videos and doing some research, I think the MKE 400 plus an additional audio recorder is the right choice for me. Amazon will send me back the 300 bucks for the same price I can get the MKE 400 and an audio recorder with much better results. I also heard that the MKE 400 will automatically switch on, once you turn on the camera and it is recommended using it powered by the battaries and not the camera, since the amplifying is way better. The handling noise is one of the most important factors for me for run and gun shooting. I hope Sony will release improved versions of their mics using a better shockmount and maybe a metal case, I would even pay for that.

Totally agree about sleep- I try my best to go to sleep a similar time every day, wake up a similar time and get my 9 hours of sleep! 9 is where I feel my absolute best!

I just got back to going to bed and getting up at the same times too, it makes a world of difference. That, and the full 8 hours of sleep. I'd slipped into a 6.5 hours of sleep phase, killed my energy
